中国文字著作权协会：文著协是我国唯一的文字著作权集体管理组织，履行报刊和教科书“法定许可”稿酬收转的法定职能。文著协积极推动修改著作权法，完善文字作品付酬机制；与网络平台合作，为会员推广作品数字版权；与海外复制权组织签约，授权中文书报刊影印复制和数字化复制权；开展国际版权贸易，推动中国文化“走出去”；为出版机构解决汇编作品作者授权，为作者创造收益。同时积极宣传普法，创建了较为成熟的文字著作权集体管理体系，在维护会员权利、促进产业发展、提升集体管理组织的社会影响力等方面做出了应有的贡献。

China Written Works Copyright Society

The China Written Works Copyright Society is the only administration responsible for the management of written works’ copyright and the transfer of statutory remuneration to copyright holders for the inclusion of their works in newspapers and textbooks. It plays an active role in the revision of the copyright law to update the payment mechanism of written works. It also works together with online platforms to promote digital copyright of the members, and signs agreements with international reproduction rights organizations to facilitate authorization of reproduction of Chinese books, newspapers and magazines, as well as digital reproduction. In addition, it helps Chinese culture go global by promoting trade of copyright, and enables authors to increase income by authorizing their works to publishing houses. At the same time, the organization has established mature systems for the collective management of written works’ copyright. It strives to protect the interest of the members, promote industrial growth and increase the impact of collective copyright management.
