重庆市公安局打击假冒伪劣商品犯罪侦查总队：成立于2012年9月，加挂“重庆市公安局知识产权刑事保护中心”。近年来，打假总队按照公安部、国家版权局工作要求，与重庆市版权部门充分发挥互补优势，切实形成工作合力。2016年5月，重庆市公安局与重庆市文化委员会（重庆市版权局）建立了打击侵权盗版违法犯罪协作机制，将相关协作配合工作提升到新的水平。2014年至2016年共侦办侵权盗版违法犯罪案件26件，抓获犯罪嫌疑人27人，侦破“8.06”侵犯著作权案等公安部、国家版权局等部委督办大要案件4起，“4.21”侵犯著作权案专案组被国家版权局、公安部评为2015年度全国打击侵权盗版有功单位一等奖。

Criminal Investigation Corps of Tracking Down Fake and Shoddy Goods, Chongqing Public Security Bureau

Founded in September 2012, the Corps (also “center for intellectual property protection”) works together with other local copyright authorities to maximize synergy, aligned with its mandates. In May 2016, the Chongqing Public Security Bureau and the Chongqing Municipal Culture Committee (Chongqing Copyright Bureau) established a coordination mechanism to crack down on copyright-related crimes. From 2014 to 2016, the organization investigated 26 crimes, arrested 27 suspects and concluded four major cases of copyright infringement. In particular, it was awarded for its outstanding efforts in the investigation of the April 21 copyright infringement case by the National Copyright Administration and the Ministry of Public Security.
